Shatta Wale, born Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., is a Ghanaian musician and actor. He gained recognition with his 2013 single 'Dancehall King' and has since released numerous hits, including 'Chop Kiss', 'Taking Over', and 'Gringo'. He's won several awards, including the Artiste of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards in 2015 and 2017.
